Previously she was COO of a major South Florida HVAC company, where they saw a 350% revenue increase under her leadership. Her experience managing complex projects for high-profile clients like the Miami International Aviation Department, combined with her comprehensive knowledge of Miami's permitting processes, ensures each renovation goes smoothly.

Gus contributes valuable industry insight from his tenure at Lennar, where he closed approximately $180 million in home sales through their Institutional Sales platform. At REEF Technology, a billion dollar VC backed startup, Gus led a team building a digital marketplace to connect underutilized urban real estate with a network of hundreds of tenants. Born into a family of renovators and having lived through 20 renovation projects in his youth, he brings deep hands-on experience to the firm's qualified construction operations.
